A Culinary journey

With more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, I love to use local, fresh and high quality ingredients to promote the simplicity and the wealth of the traditional Hellenic cuisine. Strongly committed to providing guests with an authentically local and sustainable dining gastro experience, Iam constantly building lasting relationships with dedicated regional farmers, breeders and fishermen because cooking for me means memories regarding smells and tastes of homemade food.

My Story

2000-2022
As a child, I’ve always wanted to cook. I watched my dad and my grandma cook all the time. My dad was more of the “experimental” type and my grandma was more of the down-to-earth “good ole country cooking” type. I was blessed enough to get the best of both worlds. I watched them growing up and I realized that what they did was amazing and how it made people feel was great. We would always get together and just “eat and be happy”. Everybody would always come hungry and leave stuffed! I knew then that I was destined to be a CHEF. I knew that it was my calling!

Graduated of the Vocational Institute of  Culinary Arts in 2002. Based in Corfu and born in Thessaloniki, I have worked in several luxury hotels as an Executive Chef in Corfu and for more than 10 years now I have been teaching new chefs as an educational trainer at the Culinary Institute of Corfu.
